Terms of Service

An account is created when you buy credits. There is no separate registration, no trial and no demo account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential; passwords must be at least eight characters long.

One credit costs €0.10. The minimum order is 50 credits and orders increase in steps of 50 credits. Credits are prepaid, are not a currency, carry no interest and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Credits are deducted when a service is started. Each service has a published credit price which is shown before you confirm it.

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Transfer details are emailed when the order is placed and credits are released once the payment is received. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are shown as coming soon and cannot yet be selected.

You keep all rights in the photographs, renderings and veneer scans you upload. You confirm that you are entitled to upload them. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to deliver the service you requested.

You receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the generated visuals commercially, including in client presentations, catalogues and configurators. Generated visuals are a design aid; final material approval should always be made against a physical sample.

Use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension of the account.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the credits used in connection with that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by Polish law, with the courts competent for the seat of TGP24 sp. z o.o. having exclusive jurisdiction.
