Rights and consent
Do not upload images you have no right to use. If a photograph shows an identifiable person or a private interior, you must have permission from the people concerned and from the rights holder.
Prohibited content
No unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent material; no content involving minors; no attempts to imitate another company's branded product range in order to mislead buyers; and no material designed to deceive about the properties of a real product.
Fair use of credits
One account is for one organisation. Do not resell credits, share account access outside your organisation, or automate the service in ways that bypass the published credit prices.
Platform integrity
Do not probe, scrape or overload the platform, attempt to extract our material models, or interfere with other accounts.
Enforcement
We may remove offending uploads and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend the account. Where a suspension follows a clear breach, unused credits are not refunded. Report concerns to [email protected].
