TGP24 operates the wood material visualization platform described on this site. We are the controller of the personal data described below. Written questions can be sent to [email protected].

Account data: first name, last name, email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.

Order data: the number of credits ordered, the currency selected, any promotional code used, the chosen payment method and the payment status of the order.

Project data: the photographs and renderings you upload for material replacement, together with the generated results.

Technical data: essential session information and aggregate usage counts needed to keep the service secure and to deduct credits correctly.

To create and maintain your account, to process credit purchases, to deliver the services you spend credits on, to provide support, and to meet accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your project images for advertising.

Your uploads and results are visible only to your account. They are stored for as long as your account remains active and are deleted within thirty days of a deletion request. We do not publish client work in the gallery without written permission.

Account and order records are retained for as long as required by Polish commercial and tax law. Project files are retained until you delete them or close your account.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

We use a small number of service providers for hosting, email delivery and payment settlement. They act only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

If this policy changes materially we will notify account holders by email before the new version takes effect.
