Each category below is listed with the purpose it serves and the legal basis on which we process it.

Account dataFirst name, last name, email address, hashed password.

Order dataCredits ordered, currency selected, promotional code, billing address and company details, payment method and payment status.

Consent — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time.

To create and maintain your account, to process credit purchases, to deliver the services you spend credits on, to provide support, to keep the platform secure, and to meet accounting and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your project images for advertising or to train models for third parties.

Your uploads and results are visible only to your account. They are stored for as long as your account remains active and are deleted within thirty days of a deletion request. We do not publish client work in the gallery without written permission.

We rely on the following categories of processor:

• Website hosting and deployment.
• Content delivery and security (including protection against abuse).
• AI image processing — the provider that performs the material replacement on your uploaded images.
• Transactional email delivery (order confirmations, account emails).
• Banking and accounting (payment settlement, invoicing, bookkeeping).

All processors act only on our documented instructions under data processing agreements concluded in accordance with art. 28 GDPR, and are bound by confidentiality.

Uploaded images are processed by an AI image provider located outside the European Economic Area, and some hosting, content delivery and email providers may also process data outside the EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an adequacy decision, together with supplementary technical and organisational measures. A copy of the safeguards applied can be requested at offers@tgp24.app.

Uploaded images are processed by an automated AI system to generate the requested material visualisation. This processing does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you and is not automated decision-making within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

• Account data — for the life of the account and thirty days after closure.
• Order, invoicing and accounting records — five years from the end of the tax year in which the transaction took place, as required by Polish tax law.
• Project files and generated results — until you delete them or close your account, and in any case deleted within thirty days of a deletion request.
• Contact form messages — twelve months.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Write to offers@tgp24.app and we respond within one month, which may be extended by a further two months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
