How accounts work
An account is created when you buy credits.
There is no separate registration form, no trial and no demo. Choose an amount of credits at checkout — from 50 credits upwards — and your studio account is created with the order. Every service is then purchased individually with credits.
Questions
You buy credits once — one credit costs €0.10 and the smallest order is 50 credits. Inside your account you then purchase each service individually, from a single wood preview to a complete interior.
No. There is nothing to subscribe to and nothing expires on a monthly cycle. You hold credits and spend them service by service, whenever a project needs them.
Bank transfer is available today; the full bank details are emailed the moment you place the order. Cards, PayPal and Stripe are arriving shortly.
As soon as the transfer is received — usually within one business day. Until then the order stays visible in your dashboard as pending payment.
Never. Proportion, joinery, hardware, daylight and reflection stay exactly as photographed. Only the species and the finish change.
Yes. Send a scan or a high resolution photograph of the leaf and we turn it into a reusable material inside your studio library.
