Refund Policy

You may request a refund of fully unused credits within fourteen days of payment. The refund is issued to the account used for the original transfer, in the currency received, less any bank charges applied to the return.

If some credits from an order have been spent, the remaining unused credits can be refunded within fourteen days at €0.10 per credit. Any promotional discount applied to the order is deducted proportionally.

If a service fails technically, or the result does not match the material you selected, write to us within seven days. We re-run the service at no cost or return the credits to your balance. This is the primary remedy for quality issues.

Credits already spent on delivered results are not refundable, and a change of aesthetic preference is not a defect. Credits obtained through a promotional discount have no separate cash value beyond the amount actually paid.

An order in pending payment can be cancelled at any time before the transfer is made, at no cost. Simply reply to the order email and we close it.
